Police in Kampala are hunting for a group of people suspected to be behind the raging sex crime in city schools.
The suspects have been identified as Ritah Ndagire of Ntinda, Musoke Michael Trevoss of Seguku, Bifamengo Steven of Namungoona and Rogers Mugisha of Bweyogerere in Kampala. The others include and Andrew Godlin
According to a disappearance case filed at Kampala CPS vide SD ref 44/22/09/16, Ndagire, Musoke and Bifamengo are believed to be behind the supply of gay literature that was recently discovered to have infiltrated the libraries of top schools in Kampala.
On the other hand, Mugisha has been on the police’s wanted list over various sex-related offenses.
In June 2014 he is said to have been saved by the police in Bweyogerere after residents linked him to the bumshafting of Andrew Godlin, a young man who was found in an incomplete house in Bweyogere–Kira Division.
Mugisha was arrested but later released on bond. He went into hiding but he was last month nabbed at Busitema while attempting to flee the country through Malaba border.
His accomplices are believed to have fled the country as well.
