Ghana National Team Jets in Ahead of Tomorrow’s Game

Ghana delegation of 30 people (21 players and 9 officials) arrived in Uganda on Thursday night at Entebbe International Airport.

The team is in the country ahead of the group E World Cup 2018 World Cup qualifier with Uganda Cranes this Saturday at Mandela National Stadium (kick off at 4PM).

The Ghana delegation traveled aboard Kenya Airways on flight KQ 416 from Nairobi where they had camped since Monday.

“We are happy to have traveled well. We had a good training camp in Kenya and we are here to play well against Uganda,” head coach, Kwesi Appiah said.

The team was warmly received by the FUFA officials Richard Ssemanda Nandigobe and Lawrence Kizito.

They were driven directly to Serena Hotel in the heart of Kampala.

Ghana is expected to conduct their final session on Friday evening at Mandela National Stadium, 4pm.
