Justice Yasin Nyanzi who was in charge of the hearing the case between USL against FUFA dismissed  USL’s application with costs as FUFA maintained their stand that they have no valid and existing agreement  between them and USL after the termination of the contract as the law calls for.

FUFA posted on their website the news of their triumph over USL that The High Court has granted the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) a lee way to continue its legal dealings with AZAM Media group after the dismissal of the case suit HCT/00/CV/MC/19/2015 (filed by USL).

An overjoyed FUFA legal committee chairman, Alex Luganda  clarifies that FUFA can now go ahead to televise the Azam Uganda Premier League matches after the interim court injunction was lifted.

With this win over USL FUFA and Azam TV cannot wait any longer and promise that this Friday, Azam Television will televise the league match between 16 time league champions, SC Villa and Express at Wankulukuku stadium.

However Kavuma Kabenge’s USL has the legal right go ahead appeal the judgement if the so wish.
