Prosecution led by Ivan Kyazze told court that on September 25th, 2013 Albert Cheptoek well known as Model Kyeyune 35, resident of Katabi zone in Entebbe municipality was found in possession of manufactured recorded sodomy video materials having sex with a fellow man thus corrupting the public morals.

Prosecution also alleges that in the same month Albert Cheptoyek alias

Model Kyeyune attempted to procure Eric Bugembe to perform sex with him in exchange for cash.

The matter was reported at Entebbe police and he was arrested together with his accomplices  and charged with two counts including committing an act of gross indecency and trafficking obscene materials.

However the report also pins one Willis Mubangizi, 31 resident of Seguku a Kampala suburb former employee with Ministry of water as project coordinator, who escaped from authorities in 2013 and has been in hiding.

We have reliably been informed that he is now in United Kingdom (UK) where he has been detained at immigration center for about 5 months now and it is said that he has been denied asylum.

Close source from UK indicate that and he is on the verge of being deported back to Uganda and battle with the long arm of the law related to sodomy and bad moral indecency.
