Just as the dust raised by the presidential election campaigns is about to settle, singer Adam Mulwana, of the ‘Toka Kwa Barabara’ fame, which is Forum for Democratic Change’s FDC’s signature song has started reaping fruits from his political hit song.
Mulwana may be a one hit wonder but he has started scooping juicy deals, which are often enjoyed by well established artistes.
Word reaching us from the UK has it that Mulwana has landed a deal to perform in the UK at the end of this month.
Snoops reveal that Mulwana has been invited to perform at an event organized by Ugandans in the UK on 30th April, 2016, dubbed ‘Nva Kampala-Toka Kwa Barabara’.
We have established that Mulwana has been lined up to perform along other local Ugandan artistes like A-Pass, Winnie Nwagi and Nince Henry.
Sources reveal that although Mulwana has been in the music industry under the now defunct Eagles Production band, he has never travelled abroad for a music tour and this is going to be his first trip to perform outside Uganda, because of his now famous FDC campaign song.
Currently he is a member of Kream Production band which is owned by Hajji Haruna Mubiru.
