Bakabulindi Warns Cranes ahead of Comoros game

By Serestino Tusingwire

State minister for sports Hon. Charles Bakabulindi has challenged Uganda’s nation team to beat Comoros more than three goals without conceding any on Sunday.

Uganda will be facing off with Comoros in AFCON 2017 qualifier game on Sunday at 5:00pm.

While speaking to journalists at his office yesterday, Bakabulindi said he wants Uganda cranes to beat Comoros with a range of more than 3 goals to qualify freely.

“I want to wish the cranes a very big win, when I say big I mean we need to beat more than three goals and we don’t have to concede any goal from them,” Bakabulindi said.

Bakabulindi however cautioned the team to treat Comoros as friends before and after the game because they are our good friends.

“They are our good friends, we are going to treat them as friends before and after the game, but in the field we have to beat them,” he said.

Bakabulindi concluded by calling upon all Ugandans to come and show up their support to team, and reminded the team that Uganda is proud of the Cranes and expecting much from it.
