  7. Just a correction to the story in newvision about MTN IT.In Huawei ITO the departments are two.sdm, front office and back-office.the heart of the project is back office as this is the place where you find the most talented Ugandans.they want to take the heart.they have data mining projects they have been doing that have in the past been reported to the authorities.MTN knows this.the locals have for years refused to hand over to them.

The issue is they brought these Indians and asked us to train them.we were forced to do this or we will not be paid.it was shocking to see them list these very Indians as the exparts and yet we are the ones training them.this has nothing to do with expenses as many of the Ugandans are paid less.

More to that these guys are illegally here they come in with diffent excuses and there only purpose is to collect data and leave and go back. This is why they have been hidden now.they don’t want to deal with immigration.
