M7 Aide Daniel Obal Wins Prestigious ‘Young African Achievers Award’ In Ghana

Daniel Obal, a budding young Ugandan Lawyer and Politician, has been named the winner of the Young African Achievers Award, held in Accra Ghana over the weekend.

The Young African Leaders Achievers List also known as the Power List Africa celebrates Young African Achievers who are changing societies, communities, their countries with their initiatives, ideas, talents and/or leadership.

These are young people whose achievement and leadership are an exemplary, it is purposed to recognize and celebrate young achievers especially young politicians and female leaders who are shaping the continent for growth and to serve as a source of inspiration to the teeming youth who aspire to be like these young achievers.

Obal, also the founder of Youth in Business Uganda (YIBU), an NGO established to accelerate creation of more job makers and Promote Youth Entrepreneurship in Uganda, said the awards have significant progress in identifying, encouraging and rewarding exceptional Africans individuals and organizations that are advancing Africa’s cause.

‘’I am extremely humbled to be the recipient of this year’s young African achievers award in recognition of my humble contribution to youth development in Africa. To me, this has been possible due to H.E Kaguta Museveni and NRM friendly youth policy’’, remarked.

The Young African Leaders Summit Achievers Award has categories including; Young Person of the Year, Policy Advocate of the Year, Young African Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Politician of the Year, Female Entrepreneur of the Year and Continental Female Personality of the Year 2021.

Other awards are; Top 50 Emerging Young African Leaders 2021, 50 Most Influential Female Leaders in Africa 2021, 50 Most Influential Female Leaders in Ghana 2021 and Top 50 African Entertainers of the Year 2021.
