Muhoozi’s Sidekick Nails Military Course in Tanzania

Maj. Moses Musinguzi is passed out by CDF of Tanzania Peoples Defence forces Venance Salvatory Mabeyo

ARUSHA – Maj. Moses Musinguzi, the Director Operations under the office of the Senior Presidential Advisor of Special Operations, has passed a military course with flying colours.

Maj. Musinguzi joined 64 other students at Diluti Military Senior Command and Staff College on 15th July 2019. 45 students were from Tanzania and the remaining 20 from EAC, SADC and ECOWAS countries.

Students from Uganda were Maj. Musinguzi and Maj. Hassan Mukaire.

The course is a senior command and staff discipline designed to train officers in leadership, command and management of personnel during both peace time and war time.

The college is situated in Arusha.

Upon completion of the course, graduates are awarded by a psc (passed staff college) symbol and a diploma in strategic studies.

Most Ugandan top Generals have passed through the same college among them are Brig Gen Richard Karemire and Brig Gen Ruhesi.

The graduation ceremony was held on 20th June and was presided over by the CDF of Tanzania peoples Defence forces during which Maj. Musinguzi was specially recognized for being an exceptional student.
