Ambassadors’ Reshuffle: Ex-ISO Boss Balya, Kiyonga Named Ambassadors

In a bid to reorganize his government in this ‘Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo’, President Yoweri Museveni has done yet another reshuffle, this time round to ambassadors and Heads of Diplomatic missions.
The former ISO boss, Brig. Ronnie Balya and former minister of Defence, Chrispus Kiyonga, have been named among the new ambassadors.
Pursuant to Article 122 (1) of the Constitution, the President has appointed the following Ambassadors and Heads of Diplomatic missions.
