Kato Lubwama through his lawyers of Nalukoola, Kakeeto advocates contends that Habib Buweembo’s application doesn’t fulfill the necessary requirements to warrant court to extend time within which he can file an election petition.
Buwembo wants the High court to allow him file an election petition against MP Kato Lubwama whom he accuses of lacking an O level certificate which is a basis of joining A level and getting the corresponding certificate which is the minimum requisite academic qualification for an MP.

Justice Margret Oguli has fixed Monday October 31, 2016, to hear this application
