Relatives to Christopher Aine, the missing head of Amama Mbabazi security team today morning stormed the Central Police Station, Kampala demanding to see their son.
Amongst the relatives was Jennifer Namuleme who was accompanied by her daughter Ritah Babirye Aine.
The relatives believe that police knows where Aine is.
The police denied the claim.
Reports indicate that the relatives have now camped at Mulago mortuary demanding to check all the bodies.
Social media is awash with photos of a dead body alleged to be that of Aine.
His whereabouts continue to dominate political discussion.
Police has on many occasions denied being behind Aine’s disappearance while Mbabazi camp say police arrested him.
Inspector General of police Kale Kayihura while delivering New Year message said police “he will give Shs20million” to whoever has information regarding Aine’s whereabouts.
“Police has issued notice to the public appealing for any information as to his whereabouts so that we apprehend him to answer charges relating to the incidents of beatings in Ntungamo district. We have put a reward of Shs20 million for anyone who can help Police with information leading to his arrest and prosecution,” he said.
