Kayihura Shakes Police

The Inspector General of Police has with immediate effect transferred and appointed five (5) Senior Police Officers in a mini-reshuffle.

These include;

1. Senior Commissioner of Police (SCP) Obace Christopher is transferred from the Directorate of Operations and appointed Deputy Director Welfare under the Directorate of Production and Welfare.
2. Senior Commissioner of Police (SCP) Birungi Charles is appointed Deputy Director Production in the Directorate of Welfare and Production.
3. Commissioner of Police (CP) Nuwagira John is transferred from the Field Force Unit and appointed Deputy Director Operations under the Directorate of Operations.
4. Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Kaali Fadhil is appointed Commander of the Field Force Unit.
5. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kyomukama Fred is appointed Deputy Commander Field Force Unit.
