45 Al-Shabaab militants were killed and 18 others critically injured in Lower Shebelle region in southern Somalia after a precision airstrike hit their camp and a convoy mid-day Saturday.
Intelligence sources report a top commander of the terrorist group was also killed in the airstrike.
