Mbabazi Speaks Out On Yellow Neck Tie
Ex Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi
Following the mysterious disappearance of the famous yellow neck tie, knifed prime minister Amama Mbabazi has come out to defend himself to the public.
During the office handover to the new government business boss in parliament Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, Mbabazi claimed to only have one yellow tie in his wardrobe.
This was after scribes pressed him to tell the party members why he had chosen to also abandon his famous yellow neck tie after being knifed. “I am sorry I only have one yellow tie in my wardrobe but next time I go shopping I will buy more yellow ties,” Mbabazi claimed.
“But you should know that NRM has many colours so also changing tie colour is not a problem, “he added.
Mbabazi, who was recently fired by President Museveni in a lone reshuffle, is popularly known for his yellow tie trademark while executing government duties including in parliament.
His first public appearance following his sacking, Mbabazi appeared at parliament clad in a black suit with a red tie which raised eyebrows whether he still had the party at heart.
