In an interesting twist of events, Buyaga West legislator, Banarbas Tinkasiimire, has described his short lived marriage to sex goddess and former TV girl Lynn Mbabazi a “deal gone bad“.
Tinka who has made news rounds in a fortnight being accused of being involved in the mysterious disappearance of his estranged wife who he separated with in February this year.
“Mbabazi left home when I was not around and when I tried to bring her back home, she refused, “I left her with everything”.” Tinkasiimire said during a telephone interview with a local FM radio station in Kibaale.
Ms Mbabazi reportedly disappeared two weeks ago after she left her parent’s home in Makindye, a Kampala suburb but none of her family members knew where she was headed but has been found on Saturday eight days after she went missing.
Tinkasimire married Mbabazi in a traditional (okwanjura) ceremony in April 2012, but the two separated early this year due to marital disputes. Mbabazi has been living with her parents since then.
She is an employee of National Water and Sewerage Corporation. Previously, she worked with the Uganda Broadcasting Corporation. Mbabazi is the daughter of MP Mabel Bakaine and businessman Amos Bakaine. She is the fourth in a family of five children.
