If you thought that the only humiliation that the Jamaican Singer Chris Martin suffered on Ugandan soil was singing for plastic chairs, you should be informed that he is also stranded in his room at hotel African.
Our highly placed sources at Hotel African have revealed that the Jamaican singer who refused to perform for plastic chairs on Friday at freedom city is shading crocodile tears after the One Nation Promoters failed to pay for his hotel bills and the air ticket to return him home.
The One Nation group consists of yet to be identified Muzungu and a Ugandan only identified as David.
The One Nation Promoters left the country immediately after the Sunday concert that attracted like 100 people at Aero beach in Entebbe.
“After getting the little gate collections from the Entebbe concert that was attended by around 100 people, they disappeared in thin air up to now they are nowhere to be seen,” revealed the source
Sources have further revealed that Chris Martin was today spotted at Jinja Road Police station looking like a fish out of water.
“He was at Jinja road police station today and he looked confused. I think he had come to file a case against his promoters,” confirmed the source.
It is not yet clear when the Paper Loving singer will leave the country since the more he stays around the more the expenses in terms of hotel and personal bills.
Chris Martin refused to perform on Friday at Freedom City after he claimed that he cannot singe for chairs yet he has come to sing for people.
He then went to Jinja road based Club Amnesia on Saturday where he begged Ugandans to come and support him at his last concert in Entebbe.
The Entebbe concert was attended by around 100 people.
