Whenever you need comfort food there’s nothing to beat cow foot stew; the gelatinous feet cooked with herbs and spices, served up with local food is the best to add calcium to the body and according to research it boosts a man’s sexual prowess.

Bone marrow is one of humanity’s first super foods, eaten by our early ancestors and full of protein, calcium, phosphate and magnesium.

Cow hoof stew is also revered as an aphrodisiac and recommended as a hangover cure.

We are yet to confirm if Pastor Ssempa was looking for minerals  or treating hangover and even Sexual prowess. Over to you Pastor
