PHOTOS:M7 Leads NRM Leaders On Kyankwanzi Tour


Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on Sunday led the NRM Parliamentary Caucus for a walk from Kyankwanzi, off Bukomero road, across River Mayanja.


He also led the trek from Kyankwanzi, off Bukomero road, across River Mayanja to Ngoma Bridge and back. The newly constructed Ngoma bridge across River Kafu was launched last year connecting Ngoma to Masindi.


The President is renown for taking long walks he calls his hospital. He takes long strides of long stretches of 30 km effortlessly as we gasp for air.


NRM leaders are in Kyankwanzi for a retreat that begun last Thursday.
The president took the NRM Parliamentary Caucus around the presidential farm at the end of a long walk on Sunday.
The President told the MPs that he would not keep cattle donated to him as President in his farms in Kisozi and Rwakitura because those were not his. “If it is from close relatives and friends that I take to my farm,” he said
