Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic, the Uganda Cranes Head Coach has said they are not carried away by the victory over Rwanda last on Friday in the on-going Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup in Kenya.
Cranes who are chasing a 14th regional title and are also using the tournament to prepare for the 2014 Africa Nations Championship in South Africa will play their second Group C match against Eritrea tomorrow. Sudan who beat Eritrea 3-0 in the first group game leads the group with a better goal difference over Uganda Cranes.
Micho said he is happy his skipper and lead striker Emmanuel Okwi is now fit for the next games after missing the opening with a fever. The Coach said they are hungry to win all our games in the group ahead of the knock out phase.
Daniel Sserunkuma who scored his second goal for the national side in the opening match said he is also hungry to win something with the Cranes and will continue scoring to be able to achieve this dream. The Kenyan based striker said he will keep working hard to score more goals so that I help the team win many more matches.
