Twinamatsiko Starts Job In Lweza

MarkNew Saints FC head coach Mark Twinamatsiko will hope his first assignment as the FUFA Big League club’s boss starts on a high when  guides The Saints FC away to Lweza on Sunday November 17.

The former Uganda Christian University (UCU) FC who holds football certificates and licenses from the US, UK and others from Uganda under the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) replaced Hussein Mbalangu now back at first division side Mukono Pirates.

Saints lost their first home game 1-0 to Baza Holdings and the fans were consoled by the point earned and more feisty effort by the home team especially in the second half but ope to have their striker Alex Kitata (out since October) back in time for Lweza as they aim to overcome a goal drought that has seen the team manage one goal in three games.

“Am ready for the challenge. We need to collect as many points as we can in this first round,” Twinamatsiko told RedPepper Online edition on Saturday evening  after the Uganda Cranes, Rwanda international friendly match.

“Mark is the man. On behalf of management and the entire family of The Saints FC, I wish him and all our coaching staff the very best,” Johnson Musinguzi the club Chairman added.
