Defending champions KCCA FC restored their pride with a 3-0 home win on Tuesday over Entebbe closing the gap on the early pace setters URA FC on the FUFA Super League log.

Herman Wasswa, Tom Matsiko and Tony Ndolo scored for the defending champions at Lugogo as they ran rout of James Odoch’s young Entebbe side.

The Lugogo-based team missed the services of attacking midfielder Brian Majwega, who is away with the Cranes and it was not to be for the Entebbe team though as they slumped to their third defeat of this season’s campaign slumping a place to 14th on 3 points.

In the other game on the card, Jinja-based Bidco FC, fresh from stopping high-riding Soana 4-2 last week, managed to force a 1-1draw against new comers Bright Stars FC at the Nakivubo Stadium.

In the absence of their coach Kefa Kisala, who is away with the Cranes, player-coach Arthur Kyesimira stepped in.

The third game on card saw army side Simba FC fall 3-2 to struggling Police FC at Kavumba Stadium
