Fufa Super League side Kampala Capital City Authority has insisted that it has not entered into any talks with another club over possible transfer involving its star midfielder Hassan Wasswa Mawanda.
According to the club vice chairman Mr. Allan Ssewanyana, the defending champions have also not gotten into any transactions involving the player though he was unveiled after penned a 2 year deal with Vietnam Premier league team, Don Nai.
“Thank you Allah, can’t stop praising you because without you, am nothing but with you am the General”, an excited Wasswa, 25 posted on his personal face book page with 3 pictures of his unveiling ceremony.

“As a club we have not sold any player to any club. We have received no money. We have not entered any negotiations for the sale of Mr. Hassan Wasswa to any club in the World” he told RedPepper Online in an exclusive interview.
The vice chairman insists that the player had no authority from the club to jet out of the country and attend trials and therefore should be held liable for absconding duty.
The 25 year old defensive midfielder has played for Kampala City Council Authority, St George (Ethiopia), Cape Town (South Africa), Karabukspor, Altay and Erciyesspor (Turkey) joins among others Cranes striker Henry Kisekka who moved to Dong Nai in 2012 from another Vietnamese side HP Ha Noi.
Veteran Kenyan mid fielder, Nandwa Rodgers(32), and Malawian goalie Victor Nyirenda (26) are the other Africans players at Dong Nai.
