Uganda Cranes defensive midielder Geoffrey ‘Baba’ Kizito, who was recently released by Vietnam club Saigon Xuan Thuan, has bagged a deal with Thailand toptier side Bec Tero Sasana on a two year deal.
As a result, his stay in the Middle East was not made permanent at the end of the season as he could not play in the lower division.
However, he has now found a new home with Sasana after training with the Bangkok-based outfit.
“Yes, we have finalised the deal with Bec Tero and it’s for two seasons,” Baba told RedPepper Online edition.
“They (Sasana) say am a good player and with the other players in the team, they want to have a strong squad.
“I have been in Thailand for the last two weeks working out on this deal.”
Good luck Baba
