Poor Form Concerns Natuhereza
YMCA:
Gladiators Vs KCCA Leopards 6:30pm
UCU Canons Vs Ndejje Angels 8:30pm
Uganda Christian University Canon’s unexpected dip in form could leave the young coach Nick Natuhereza facing a difficult decision. Their slight fall to Power last week saw them lose the number one seeding for the playoffs.

Natuhereza said he had to talk to the team and stress the need to be sharp and ambitious or probably ring some changes.
“I have talked to my players since the season began. At the end of the day we all have to do what’s best for Canons especially in the playoffs,” he told RedPepper Online on Wednesday.
That dip in form will be welcomed by Ndejje University Angels when the two clash at YMCA court today with the latter hoping to do more than just finish in the top four. Ndejje, promoted in 2009, are having a memorable season, way better than their 15-6 record. They still have an outside chance of finishing second.
Beating UCU then Nkumba Marines doing the same on Sunday will earn Ndejje that feat.
“I think if we win the final regular season game, of course you are happy for your team because it’s a big achievement finishing on a high but truth be told, some things are going to change” reasoned Natuhereza.
When two University teams met in the first round, Ndejje came out victorious with a 57-56 edge of their university counterparts.
Meanwhile in the women’s division, Gladiators and KCCA Leopards will face off for a third and last regular season meeting in a preview of the first round playoff series.
