Sserunkuma Strike Sinks Thika

Dan Sserunkuma
Former Cranes coach Bobby Walliamson should be so happy with his Uganda imports Dan Sserunkuma and defender Israel Emuge.

Two second half strikes from Patrick Oboya and Sserunkuma earned Gor Mahia a 2-0 win over bogey side Thika United and passage to the Domestic Cup quarter finals where they face division two side Finlays.
Gor left it until after the breather to rattle the “milk Men” with the left footed Oboya burying his chance in the 52nd minute before Sserukuma widened the lead.
Thika , trailing 0-2, gave as much as they received but it was a bad day in office for John Kamau strikers.
Emuge was part of the backline that kept a clean sheet.
Gor will be aiming to win the trophy the third time in a row after dethroning Sofapaka in the last two occasions
