Rwandan Man Balloons Grand Daughter

Police in Lwebitakuli, Ssembabuale District are hunting for a 58year old Rwandan man for allegedly ballooning his 16-year old granddaughter.

Wilson Wagaba, a resident of Suzaddembe village in Lwebitakuli Sub-county is alleged to be in hiding after ballooning the girl, who is inS.3 St. Charles Wangi SSS Lwebitakuli. The girl is currently carrying a 4 month pregnancy.

Wagaba’s luck ran out after he told the girl to go and report the pregnancy to the boss of Girl Child’s Advocacy Initiative (GICAL) Maldrine Nabikundi.

Nabikundi told Red Pepper that the victim told them that her grandfather has been bonking her since her parents died four years ago.

The girl told us that they have been sleeping together in one bed until she conceived. This forced me to report the matter which opened a case SD/05/28/09/2016.

The victim told reporters that her grandfather picked her long ago with two of her brothers when her father died

“He disguised that he would pay our fees we lost both of our parents

He however turned around like a Hyena and bonked me every day and night” she said.

When police officers went to arrest him, they found when he had already fled from the area.
